STIL Timepieces was born from a lifelong passion for motorsport, engineering, and mechanical precision.
Founder Ilias Strousidis comes from two demanding environments where discipline, consistency, and attention to detail matter deeply: industrial leadership and motorsport competition.
That mindset shaped the philosophy behind STIL — a brand focused on restrained design, controlled production, and mechanical watches built with purpose rather than excess.
Instead of approaching motorsport as decoration, STIL translates performance thinking into functionality: clean dial layouts, strong legibility, robust construction, and purposeful timing tools inspired by real-world usability.
Many STIL watches follow a diver-style platform philosophy not because of traditional diving culture, but because of the practicality and clarity that this architecture offers in fast-moving environments.
In motorsport, a driver does not realistically interact with a chronograph while driving. A rotating bezel, however, allows for quick and intuitive time tracking — whether measuring a stint, monitoring track time, or simply keeping focus on elapsed time without distraction.

Ilias Strousidis is a Greek entrepreneur and industrial executive with a lifelong passion for motorsport.
Alongside STIL Timepieces, he continues to lead industrial manufacturing operations, bringing years of experience in production, engineering environments, and business leadership into the philosophy of the brand.
His deep connection to performance cars and racing culture inspired the creation of STIL — a brand that merges Swiss horology with the spirit of speed.
